Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving complaints with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including regular cleaning of the espresso machine, counters, and seating areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling cash with precision.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and preparing food items as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required (we offer training).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one.
