Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and food items to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking accurate orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including brewing equipment and dining areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Stock inventory and restock supplies (milk, syrups, pastries) to ensure smooth operations.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and utensils following all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
