Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso, and tea using premium ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and balance daily sales
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Upsell products and promote seasonal specials
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
