Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based beverages and pour-over coffee following premium recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately while upselling premium coffee products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and retail items
- Participate in ongoing product training to master seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming techniques
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends and early morning shifts
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning
