Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and Hawaiian specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm aloha spirit
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Train new team members on coffee techniques and standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with pastry team for perfect pairings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and early shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Passion for Hawaiian coffee culture
- Ability to stand for extended periods
