Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using provided commercial equipment
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems per company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience preferred
- Expertise in espresso extraction and milk texturing techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing methods (pour-over, Chemex, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
