Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation of all coffee equipment and workspace
- Manage inventory and assist with daily café operations
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal drink specials
- Train new staff on coffee preparation techniques and standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction and brewing methods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's certification preferred
