Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based beverages using provided commercial equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations
- Develop seasonal drink recipes using premium local ingredients
- Train new baristas on equipment operation and service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team on food-beverage pairings
- Participate in community events and coffee tastings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Advanced knowledge of espresso extraction techniques
- Proficiency with commercial espresso machines (provided)
- Latte art certification or demonstrable expertise
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
