Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using provided espresso machines and grinders
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety standards and inventory management
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Must be 18+ to handle equipment
