Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty coffee drinks using provided equipment
- Engage customers with personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, tools, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems and process cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to optimize daily operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and quality control
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
