- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems while upselling products
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and quality control
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso preparation and brewing methods
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume settings
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
