Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and seasonal menu items following precise recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and order accuracy
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure quality control of all ingredients
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Process cash and card payments efficiently using POS systems

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience with coffee menu development
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, and commercial coffee equipment
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle high-volume service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
