Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brews, and teas, according to standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Restock supplies (milk, syrups, pastries) and keep the inventory organized.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong passion for coffee and the coffee-making process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
