Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain clean, organized workspace including espresso machines and brewing stations
- Handle cash transactions and daily reconciliation duties
- Upsell premium coffee products, pastries, and merchandise
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with legal authorization to work in the US
- Previous food/beverage service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and passion for customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques
