Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, cold brews, and food items according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and building lasting relationships.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including espresso machines and dining areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Valid food handler's permit (where applicable).
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
