Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and pour-overs with precision
- Engage customers with friendly, personalized service and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and inventory management
- Develop and share innovative drink recipes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
