Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of station, equipment, and seating areas
- Process transactions accurately through our POS system while upselling seasonal offerings
- Support inventory management by receiving, stocking, and rotating supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
