Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and uphold food safety standards
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash/credit card payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Source and stock premium coffee beans, syrups, and fresh ingredients
- Engage customers with genuine enthusiasm about our coffee offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing methods (pour-over, French press)
