Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently to ensure peak performance.
- Greet customers with a warm smile, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Participate in inventory management and restock supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
