Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace including espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless cafe operations during peak hours
- Uphold strict hygiene and food safety protocols throughout all service areas
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
