Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers to personalize orders and build loyalty
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and customer areas
- Process cash/credit transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Source and present fresh pastries and café menu items
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of café or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
