Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and pour-overs
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Manage inventory and uphold food safety standards
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Process POS transactions and handle cash accurately
- Participate in daily cleaning and sanitation routines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
