Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warm hospitality
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Source and showcase local pastries and products
- Continuously expand coffee knowledge through training
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred
