Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and signature drinks
- Master latte art and maintain consistent drink quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Provide personalized recommendations to enhance customer experiences
- Manage inventory and uphold strict sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team during peak hours while maintaining composure
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service with ability to handle high-volume service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training available)
- Portfolio of latte art or coffee presentation skills
