Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and adhere to strict hygiene protocols
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in creating seasonal drink promotions and daily specials
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machine operation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
