Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI solutions for predictive healthcare analytics and climate modeling
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols for global markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to pioneer next-gen AI research
- Present AI vision to stakeholders including investors, board members, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee $15M+ annual AI innovation budget and resource allocation
- Mentor senior AI engineers and data scientists to cultivate future industry leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems at scale in regulated industries
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and bias mitigation frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing applications in AI optimization
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
- Experience navigating AI policy landscapes and engaging with regulatory bodies
