Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural architecture search
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech conferences
- Develop production-ready ML pipelines with 99.9% uptime requirements
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent portfolios
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems with Python/PyTorch
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR venues
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Ability to secure $1M+ in research funding annually
