Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI systems for autonomous decision-making
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop brain-computer interface technologies
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants through innovative proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates in advanced AI ethics and governance frameworks
- Translate theoretical research into scalable commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with 2+ publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
- Demonstrated experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
