Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for quantum-resistant machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present at global AI symposiums
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum computing interfaces
- Identify and commercialize intellectual property opportunities in emerging AI domains
- Mentor junior researchers and establish departmental research roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Demonstrated experience securing $1M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
