Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 AI strategic roadmap aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping human-AI collaborative systems for healthcare and climate tech
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Drive partnerships with quantum computing startups and neurotech research institutions
- Present future technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovators in our FutureTech Accelerator program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years AI/ML experience
- Proven track record of deploying human-centered AI solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on future technologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Certification in Future Foresight Methodology (ACF or equivalent)
- Experience leading international R&D teams across 3+ continents
