Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Advise product teams on ethical AI design principles and regulatory compliance
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Publish industry whitepapers on emerging AI governance challenges
- Collaborate with legal teams to shape AI policy and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused technology role
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Experience with quantitative bias auditing tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Aequitas)
