Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks compliant with evolving global regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics policies and training programs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Represent QuantumLeap at international AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies (neuromorphic computing, generative AI)
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in implementing AI ethics frameworks (e.g., Google's PAIR, IBM's AI Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM Watson OpenScale, Google What-If Tool)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI Certificate, IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Publication record in AI ethics or responsible AI research
