Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with merchandise following planograms
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the store
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight crew to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and organization
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
