Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and inviting for shoppers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, restocking merchandise, and identifying stock shortages to ensure product availability.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism, striving for a positive resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
