Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures tailored for enterprise-level AI applications.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on error correction, quantum simulation, and neuromorphic computing.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry standards.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or AI.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Modeling: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application to quantum hardware constraints.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Certifications: Advanced certification in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) or Quantum Computing is a plus.
