Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term technical vision, identifying emerging trends such as AGI integration and spatial computing to drive product innovation.
- Technical Evangelism: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders, translating them into clear business value and actionable strategies.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental projects and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives that explore futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Talent & Culture Building: Foster a culture of radical innovation by recruiting top-tier talent and mentoring teams to think beyond current constraints.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with market demands and user experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic or visionary role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) and a strong grasp of full-stack software architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to forecast market shifts and translate them into robust, scalable technical strategies.
- Communication Skills: Superior ability to communicate complex, futuristic concepts to diverse audiences without jargon.
