Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into current roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep understanding of tech disruption patterns and paradigm shifts
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Experience building high-performing innovation teams in dynamic environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or tech strategy implementations
