Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market projections
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption readiness and ROI for future initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with 8+ years in technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and venture capital communities
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
