Responsibilities
- Research and forecast technology trends for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership on next-gen technology paradigms
- Guide R&D priorities for sustainable tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Published work on technological disruption or future studies
