Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT-caliber engineers and Nobel laureate advisors
- Forecast socioeconomic impacts of disruptive technologies through proprietary Horizon Modeling Suite
- Secure $5M+ in government/private grants for experimental projects
- Mentor next-generation talent in our Future Tech Accelerator program
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Publish white papers in Journal of Future Studies and patent breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with 50+ citations
- Security clearance eligibility for classified government partnerships
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
