- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Published author in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ tech ecosystem transformations
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market analysis
