Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to implementation for 2026 technology roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for strategic integration
- Develop and present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Oversee prototype development and rapid experimentation cycles using agile methodologies
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Collaborate with R&D partners to ensure alignment with long-term vision
- Drive patent strategy and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
