Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology foresight strategies for 2026-2035 horizon
- Analyze quantum computing, AI governance, and synthetic biology convergence points
- Produce annual FutureTech Impact Reports for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Press, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Track record of advising Fortune 500 companies on tech strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Strong analytical skills with big data visualization expertise
