Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, bio-convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen solutions in autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futuristic tech into product development lifecycles
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused technical specialists
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products based on future tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Strong background in systems architecture and scalable solution design
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
