Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability innovation roadmap with measurable carbon reduction targets
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen circular economy technologies and zero-waste systems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate sustainable materials and processes
- Analyze emerging environmental regulations and market trends to inform strategic pivots
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and operations teams
- Present sustainability KPIs and innovation progress to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of sustainable experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in sustainability innovation with proven circular economy implementation
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) methodologies
- Experience scaling sustainable technologies from prototype to market deployment
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and emerging environmental regulations
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Proficiency in sustainability software tools (e.g., SimaPro, EcoVadis)
