Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with global SDGs and corporate ESG goals
- Lead R&D initiatives for carbon-negative technologies and circular supply chain innovations
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups, research institutions, and policymakers
- Design and implement AI-driven sustainability analytics platforms for real-time impact tracking
- Guide organizational transformation toward regenerative business models and stakeholder capitalism

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in sustainability leadership with demonstrated impact on climate action
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi) and circular economy principles
- Proven experience managing cross-functional innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) or carbon management preferred
- Strong proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
