Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research centers for emerging technology validation
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Mentor a team of innovation strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, WFS) or equivalent advanced degree
