- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design and facilitate future-state scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Pioneer experimental initiatives in emerging markets and technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and their business applications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and cultural drivers of change
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
