As a key member of our C-Suite Strategy Council, you'll pioneer methodologies for anticipating paradigm shifts in AI, sustainability, and human-machine interfaces. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and government think tanks to shape Horizon Dynamics' roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight briefings with quantified impact assessments
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Architect the company's 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present findings to the Board of Directors with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent professional recognition
