- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight framework across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy through trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
